Returns & Replacements
All sales are final — I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or an error occurs on my end, I’ll gladly provide a refund or replace the affected items at no cost to you. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description so I can make it right.

Colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Processing & Shipping
Please allow 3–10 business days for production and shipping on standard shop orders. Delivery delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are outside of my control. Once a package is scanned in by the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with them.

Custom Commissions
Custom commissions require 3–12 weeks for development and shipping, depending on my current queue. Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so slight variations will occur, which is considered part of the charm and authenticity of artisan work.

If you are unhappy with your custom piece, please reach out directly within 3 days of receiving it so we can discuss solutions or adjustments where possible. (Revisions outside the agreed-upon scope may incur an additional fee.)

Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information. When you place an order or sign up for emails, I may collect details such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information (processed securely through trusted third-party providers).

This information is used to fulfill orders, communicate about your purchase, and—if you choose to opt in—share updates, new releases, and occasional promotions from Kennedy Elise Art.

I do not sell your personal information with outside parties for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link provided in each message.

By placing an order with Kennedy Elise Art, you agree to the following terms:

All designs, artwork, and content are the intellectual property of Kennedy Elise Art and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of many products, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the final piece.

For custom commissions and semi-custom product purchases, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs and/or concepts. Once approved, Kennedy Elise Art is not responsible for errors or changes requested after production has begun. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur a fee.

Payment in full (or as otherwise agreed) is required before production begins. Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope and current workload.

Kennedy Elise Art is not liable for delays, damages, or lost packages once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

By purchasing digital or physical artwork, you are granted personal use only unless otherwise specified in writing.
